When to visit:
The hustle and bustle of the docks is truly exhilarating, especially in December to January with the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race and the Hobart Summer Festival. Temperatures on average are in the very pleasant mid 20oC’s during the summer months with relatively chilly winters, although to be fair Hobart’s climate is generally mild with fine weather all year round.
